Surface Mobile Hotspot IP range. The mobile hotspot on my Surface Pro 4 works fine. But the IP address of the Surface is 192.168.137.nnn and seems to be set within Windows. On previous phones there was always a setting to configure the default ip address range and subnet for client DHCP. This does not seem to be the case for Samsung S5.
